Obituary of Gloria Denise Moore

Gloria Denise Moore was born September 3, 1957 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Robert Moore and the late Margaret Ann Johnson. She attended public school #37 and then went on to Arsenal Tech High School.Gloria Moore passed away from cardiac arrest on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at approximately 7pm. She had suffered for years with multiple medical issues. Her suffering has ended and although she will be sorely missed, we are grateful to God that she's now at peace. She was truly one of a kind, FUNNY, with absolutely NO FILTER! She often called herself a "Realist." Gloria was so funny that she cracked herself up! At family functions, the cousins would grab a chair and surround her, because she was sure to leave everyone in stitches! She also had a big heart and always had a car load of neighborhood children with her who loved her dearly. Gloria leaves to cherish father Robert (Barbara) Moore; four daughters: Amie Coleman (Jason) Lynea Jennings (Bryant) Jessica Moore, and Stepdaughter Terri Peterson; and son Jaylen Moore. Grand Children: Andrew Moore, Amani Coleman, Jaden Coleman, Adrian Dunville, Laila Dunville, Allen Micheal Debarge and Alivia Jennings. Brothers: Phillip Moore(Eloiuse), Robert(Bobby) Moore(Serita), Howard Moore, Eric Moore and Sister Joyce Brandon(Stephen), along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers, cards, gifts, and comforting words, flowers and food. Words cannot express your kindness and generosity in our time of need.A celebration of life party in honor of Gloria Moore will be held at the Fitness Farm 2525 W. 44th Street on Saturday, September 18th from 2 until 6 pm.
