Obituary of Sylvia Sue Dye

Sylvia Sue Dye, 74, of Carmel, IN passed away on November 27, 2015. She was born on July 20, 1941 to Richard William and Mildred Jessie (Clark) Green. Sylvia was a loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend that enjoyed spending time with her family and making memories. She so very much enjoyed arts & crafts, sewing and painting with her mother, Mildred Greene. Sylvia's sense of humor and funny stories of life experiences over the years amused us all and her memories will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She had an interest and was very much involved and opinionated about politics. Sylvia is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Mildred (Clark) Green; son, Michael Lee Dye; sisters, Mary Smith and Melodie Jones; neice, Tina M. Green. She is survived by a daughter, Debra A. (John) White; sons, John R. Dye, Patrick W. Dye and Michael L. Dye; granddaughters, Sarah Mackey, Caitlin T. Dye, Samantha A. Green, Cheyanne E. Green; grandson, Tristin M. Tieman Dye; great grandchildren, Natalie R. Green, Thuja Mackey, Talon Mackey; sisters Sharon Geiser and brothers, Larry Green and John Green. A Celebration of Life will be held from 2 PM to 5 PM on Sunday December 6, 2015 at the Masonic Lodge 310 1st Ave N.E. Carmel, IN 46032.
