Jasmine Denise Allen was born on April 25, 1999, in Indianapolis, IN to Dawn (Gilbert) Ballard and Andrew Allen Sr. Jasmine attended IPS School #67/87 Montesorri, Gambold Prep Junior High, and graduated from Shortridge High School in 2017. Jasmine enjoyed spending time with her family. She also loved hair and makeup. Jasmine is preceded in death by her grandparents Henry Gilbert Sr. and Karen Tipton. Jasmine is survived by her parents Dawn Gilbert-Ballard/Damon Ballard Sr. and Andrew Allen Sr..; daughter Brielle Kirk; sisters: Sydney Allen, Diamond Ballard, Vanessa K. Allen, Karen D. Allen; brothers: Damon Ballard Jr., Desmond Ballard, Andrew Allen Jr.(A.J), Andrew S. Allen, Andrew D.
