Obituary of Kathy Reed

Kathy Ann Reed was born on March 27, 1964 to Henry B. Reed Sr. and Kay Frances Bryant Reed in Indianapolis, Indiana. Kathy attended Indianapolis Elementary Public School No. 72 and Arsenal Technical High School, where she was involved in Girls Basketball, playing on both the Junior Varsity (79-80) and Varsity Teams (80-81). Kathy attended 25th Street Baptist Church and confessed Christ Jesus as her Lord and Savior under Rev. Charles J. Ellis Jr. Kathy sang in the choir and often helped prepare food in the kitchen for special events. Kathy worked at several restaurants in the Indianapolis area. She loved to cook southern style meals. Kathy is preceded in life by her Grandfather, James Bryant and Grandmother, Anna Frances Kirby Bryant Moody, Mother, Kay Frances Bryant Reed, Father, Henry B. Reed Sr. and Brother Tony L. Reed. Kathy leaves to cherish her memories; Brother, Henry B. (Anna) Reed, Niece, Marie N. Reed and Nephew, Bryan A. Reed. Sisters, Delonica D. Reed (Ft Worth, TX); two Nephews Caleb and Zane, Brookie M. Reed; two Nephews, Dexter and Dominque Reed and Aunts, Barbarine Hamblin (Canton, MS), Barbara J. Wells, Janet Bryant & Phyllis Bryant and Uncle Jerry Bryant and a host of Loved Great Nieces and Nephews and other Loved Relatives, Family and Special Friends.
