Obituary of Donald Leo Head

Donald Leo Head Jr. passed away on July 16, 2016. Donald L. Head Jr. was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on June 17, 1958. He is preceded in death by his mother, Elsie Mae Head, and father Donald L. Head Sr. He is survived by his son, Donald L. Head III, (Samarol), and two daughters, Jennifer Mae Head, and Johannah Gail Head, and 2 brothers, Charles(Sharon) Head and Fred Head, 2 grandchildren Glenn and Catie Head, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and one great-great nephew. There will be a memorial service at the Mechanicsburg Methodist Church 5130 N. Mechanicsburg Rd. on Saturday, July 23rd, at 3 PM. Flowers should be sent to 827 Earl St. Middletown, IN 47356.
