Obituary of Michael A. Carson Jr.

Michael “Mike” Carson Jr., 31, of Indianapolis departed this life on Wednesday, August 19, 2020. He was born in Indianapolis to Patricia Gray-Halloway and Michael Carson Sr. on March 17, 1989. Mike grew up at Victory Temple Church of Christ in Christ. He loved entertaining and playing with his twenty-three nieces and nephews. He cherished his time with each of them. Mike was the baby boy to his siblings, but an UNCLE – Mike to so many. He found comfort in his black jeans and Tim’s, always with a laid-back spirit. Often you would find Mike enjoying the company of his family on a Sunday rooting on his favorite team – GO COLTS. He was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need and wore a smile that would light up a room. He also appeared in many skits directed and created by Mike and his friends. Mike was preceded in death by his brothers, Steven Adams and David (DJ) Donald. Those left to cherish his memory are his parents; and his siblings, Jennifer Carson, Mahogany Carson, Tashina Carson, Elaine Carson, Mary Stephens, Jacole Ray, Paul Beaty and Christopher Cunningham. He also leaves behind his grandparents, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends that loved him dearly. The family of Mike wishes to express their deep appreciation and sincerely thank you for your kind expressions of sympathy.
