Obituary of Cecilia B Edwards

Cecilia B. Cooper-Edwards, 68, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on June 10, 2020. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin of April 15, 1952 to Cecil Carter and Beverly Cooper. She attended high school in Milwaukee and graduated from Riverside High School. She went on to study at the University of Wisconsin -Madison and she further received an Associate of Science in Business Administration from the Indiana Institute of Technology. Lastly, she was employed as a home health care provider. She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Ava Marie Coleman, Tracey Cooper and Dana Cooper. She leaves to cherish her memory husband, Andre Edwards; daughters, Alexious Cooper, and Ava Harris; son, Alec Clark; grandchildren, Chloe, Alec, Terrence, Dalion; a host of great-grandchildren; nieces, Olanda and Heidi; nephews, Paul and Cavanagh; aunt Hazel, Betty, Gertrude, Penny and uncle, Sonny; and a host of cousins. She was loved by so many and will be missed by all. Her favorite saying was “In a minute”.
