He attained his primary education through the Indianapolis Public School system, later endeavoring on his entrepreneurial skills-sets. He was full of life experiences that he loved to share with anyone that he encountered. Anthony was a man of many stories to tell, knowledge to offer, and advise that he dared not to spare. His favorite line before he began unsolicited teaching anyone was; “I’m about to put some meat on your head” - a line that will always be referenced by those that listened to his teachings. Anthony was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby J. Ballard-Dulin, stepfather; Gentry Dulin, father; James Oakley Sr, and sister; Lisa Ballard.
